◼️Entrance/Exit-A Southwest Starting Point of the Trail, GPS: 23°27'24.5"N 120°45'05.7"E
◼️Entrance/Exit-B GPS: 23°27'37.0"N 120°45'14.5"E

In the early days, in order to connect the passageways, highway and bridge between the Dabang and Tefuye communities were built. Tefuye Trail became the mountain trail with the most natural scenery. Travel on County Highway 169 for 33.5 kilometers, turn onto Industrial Road and drive for about 180 meters, and you will arrive to the southwest entrance/exit of Tefuye Trail. As you walk towards the southwest entrance/exit, you can see the Dabang Suspension Bridge and the surrounding scenery in the distance. Provincial Highway 18 Alishan Highway and Fuguyu Bridge from far behind can also be seen clearly.
As you step on Dabang Suspension Bridge, you can see Tefuye Bridge above the Yisijianna River. Continue on the ascending trail and you will encounter a dense bamboo forest, and a Tribute Stone for passersby to pray. Coins, cigarettes and food items are left on top of the stone by passersby who asks the God of the Land for blessings. Continuing forward there will be a fork, and the steps upward lead to Tefuye Tribal Village. Cut through the village and walk a short distance along Industrial Road, then continue on the small trail in the coffee garden. Not too long from there you will see towering camphor trees, however, the other trees also take notice, like the tall and sturdy Indian Charcoal-tree.
As you approach the tribal village, the floral and fruity fragrance from the coffee farm is increasingly inviting. On the northeast side you will see the mountain and valley that the Hamo god had travelled while standing on the viewing platform. This is also the end of the trail and Tefuye Tribal Village is close by. After you have a chance to see the tribal village, why not continue to explore the eastern part of the trail? Stand in the pavilion perched high above so you can have a panoramic view of Dabang and take in the beauty of Tefuye Trail.
