The Tianchang Dijiou Scenic Area consists of two suspension bridges, Tianchang and Dijiou, symbols of eternal love and a key gateway into Alishan. Both bridges date back to the Japanese colonial period and have since deteriorated, making them structurally unsafe so they are now closed to the public. While the Dijiou Bridge is set to be rebuilt, the Tianchang Bridge will not be restored—leaving behind only cherished memories of its romantic legacy.
