The “Wedding Under the Sacred Tree in Alishan” event, organized by the Alishan National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau, MOTC, has entered its 13th year. It’s a romantic event familiar to many people, and has attracted many couples to come to Alishan to take their wedding portraits and spend their honeymoon and vacation. To continue the success this event, and allow more newly weds and couples who love romance and to enjoy themselves in a different romantic atmosphere, besides the “Wedding Under the Sacred Tree” event on April 27, 2019, a second act - Wedding Under the Starry-sky Ceremony - will be held at the Niupuzi Love Prairie. A romantic love story and an unforgettable wedding of the century will be held under romantic starry lights. Let’s light the brightness in each other’s heart and embark on a future together.

A day before the wedding ceremony, the couples will be accompanied by the Alishan Administration and will stroll around the iconic Meishan Township, where they will visit Ruili Green Tunnel, Bamboo Tea Ceremony, Ruifeng Tea Garden, and 1314 Viewing Platform etc. Couples will take pictures in their wedding outfits with the beautiful Alishan landscape as their backdrop. Besides experiencing coffee DIY activities, they will also have a chance to learn about the hard work in a marriage, and face their new life together with love and perseverance. At night, the couples will enjoy viewing fireflies and learn about Alishan’s eco system. Today the Niupuzi Love Prairie especially invited the Huafu Band to offer their sincere blessings. Then under the guidance of Director Ma, the couples will exchange their vows and promise to join their hands for a lifetime of matrimony. Finally, the signing of the marriage certificate, and exchanging rings or love tokens concludes the special romantic wedding ceremony.
