Alishan National Scenic Area Administration, Tourism Bureau, MOTC (hereinafter to be referred as Alishan Administration) is dedicated to promoting tea tourism in all seasons. Starting from training tea experts, local tea parties are held to introduce the authentic, fragrant Alishan high-mountain tea to visitors, through in-depth guided tours focusing on the tea culture and ecology of Alishan. In the Winter season, the “Four seasons of Alishan Tea Tourism – A Winter Tea Party in the Bamboo Forest” was held by the Alishan Administration on January 6, 2019 in the Green Tunnel of Ruili Village, Meishan Township and tea sites in the bamboo forest in Ruifeng Village.

In the bamboo forest as beautiful as Arashiyama of Japan, feel the breeze through the bamboo trees, enjoy the tranquility of the forest, and the natural therapy of phytoncide. Forty-six tea experts from nine communities were invited to this tea party to perform a runway show at the Ruili Green Tunnel wearing tea gowns, showcasing creative designs inspired by local culture and the aesthetics of Alishan tea service at tea sites.
