The Chalinshan Trail extends for 720 meters. Early peoples named this area Chalinshan in reference to the camellia (a tea-like plant) found here. It’s now called Xiding Mountain The scenery along the trail is beautiful, including the Central Mountain Range. The peak is cloaked in swirling clouds year-round. A moderate climate helps produce wonderful agricultural products. Farmers have introduced teas such as qingxin oolong, as well as persimmon trees.
