At the 71.0K point on County Road 166. There is a fork next to the entrance that leads to Shuisheliao Railway Station.

The waterfall is renowned as the top sight of Ruili. 617 steps have to be climbed to reach it. The waterfall has three levels and is around 200 meters high, the water cascading down between cracks in huge rocks.
