To facilitate traffic, there is a special schedule for the Chinese New Year. Two trains will depart at 9 a.m. and 09:30 a.m. daily from Chiayi to Fenqi Lake during this time. At 1:30 and 2 p.m., return trains will depart from the lake back to Chiayi.
The tickets may be reserved by phone 5-15 days prior to departure. Reservation hotline is: (05)2256918. Up to 4 tickets may be reserved by a single person per travel date.
